2. Shipping and installation
After you place the order to Great Living Furnishing Inc., we will send you the products from our warehouse at our first available time according to your order and install them for you.
You can place the order according to your schedule of checking in house. We will try our best to meet your demand.

3. Custom-tailored Orders
In order to meet the demand for customers, we can accept custom-tailored orders. These items are non-returnable. Lead times for special orders vary by manufacturers.
Great Living Furnishing appreciates your understanding and will consistently do our best to assure timely delivery of your special order.
4. Returns
Our principle is to provide our valued customers 100 % satisfactions.
Returns are accepted on all items from you good willing except: special orders, sale items, polycarbonate items, within 30 days from the invoice date.
All returned items must include original packing materials and the merchandise must be in unused saleable condition.
Returns must be pre-authorized by Great Living Furnishing Inc. Returns received and not pre-authorized will be subject to a 50% of invoice value for restocking fee.
